1、 There are two main reasons for the poppet valve to trip due to insufficient compressed air

1. The filter element of the oil-water separator between the air storage tank and the lifting valve is blocked due to the dirty compressed air;

2. After the lifting valve is operated for a long time, the seal is worn, resulting in the leakage of compressed air, resulting in insufficient air supply.

Solutions:

1. Add a set of oil-water separator, one for operation and one for standby. When the filter element is found dirty, another set can be replaced to clean the dirty one;

2. In addition to replacing the seal of the lift valve in time, the following measures should be taken: the air supply pressure of the lifting valve should be adjusted between 0.25 ~ 0.5MPa to ensure that each lifting valve can act within the specified time, and the pressure should not be too high, otherwise it is easy to aging the cylinder seal. When the leakage point increases, the gas supply pressure can be properly adjusted; To ensure the oil supply of oil-water separator, the oil supply speed should not be too small to avoid oil loss. In addition, add a certain amount of grease to the valve rod of the lifting cylinder.

2、 Bag damage of dust collector:

The test results show that the air permeability, blasting strength and fracture strength of other parts except the damaged parts are within the scope of use. At the same time, it is found that the damaged parts of the dust bag are almost 20-40 cm away from the opening of the bag, and the damage starts from the internal wear. The main reason should be related to the blowback system. One is that the nozzle of the reverse blowing system is not straight, which causes the reverse blowing deflection; on the other hand, the pressure of the back blowing compressed air is too large.

Rubber diaphragm solution:

1. The transformation of injection system has high cost and long period, which can not be completed in the normal maintenance period. After research, it is decided to add sheath in the bag. This method is simple and easy to operate, and the cost is relatively low. During the Spring Festival overhaul in 2008, the sheaths made of ordinary white iron sheet were installed on the damaged warehouses and cloth bags with damage records.

2. If the pressure of the reverse blowing compressed air is controlled between 0.25 MPa and 0.35 MPa, the ash on the bag can be removed. If the pressure is too high, the service life of the bag will be affected. The pressure difference can be adjusted by observing the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the dust collector, so that the pressure difference is within the control range (design pressure difference < 1700pa). ③ Adjust the injection procedure and adjust the injection pulse width from 150ms to 250ms, so as to reduce the injection force and reduce the wear of cloth bags.
