What are the main application fields of rubber diaphragm

Rubber diaphragm

Definition: diaphragm made of rubber or rubber and organic sandwich material.

Applied disciplines: Mechanical Engineering (first level discipline); instrumentation components (second level discipline); elastic element diaphragm (instrumentation) (secondary discipline)

Rubber diaphragm is mainly used in valves, regulating valves, automatic mechanical servo devices, switches and counters for flow, pressure, differential, liquid level, constant temperature volume heat compensation, etc. Its advantages are high reliability, good compound, long working life and low cost.

In low-pressure operation, the force generated by the cloth reinforced diaphragm may become redundant. For this kind of operation, the rubber diaphragm made of uniform elastic all rubber structure can be completely used. These diaphragms can also provide the same advantages as the cloth reinforced diaphragm, and enhance the economic benefits of using uniform elastic structure.

The uniform elastic structure can be used in all kinds of rubbers with some strength fabrics, such as nylon, polyester fabrics, and even aramid fabrics.

The rubber diaphragm has a long service life, can accurately and other control components synchronous operation, packaging pulse compressed air injection. Even in extremely bad working conditions, it can also guarantee its normal operation and long service life.
